People who have bright green worries are concerned about the environment and how it’s changing. It is said that capturing or “taming” one is a great way to start dealing with the worries in your life. You can place it on a shelf next to you and tell it to “knock it off” or say that you, “got the message”, so you don’t need any more alerts.

Always remember: your Worry is merely a blind little animal that's trying to help, but is pretty bad at it. Be sure to give it, and yourself, a break.
